love avocado

There's nothing simpler and healthier than a good avocado dish, and it can also make a very quick breakfast.

Sprouted grain bread cut until 2 halve, spread a bit of avocado mushed with a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of salt and to finish off to sprinkle some smocked salmon on the top.
serve it with a strawberry and coconut smoothie (1 cup of strawberries + 1/2 cup of coconut milk) and you are ready to start the day!!!
